Described as the ‘Love Messenger’, and with his love and respect for women, Peter Lloydalso believes that love is the ‘greatest revolution’ that creates unity. His Rastafarian philosophy has influenced his music and he states that the purpose for his music is to heal the world.
Peter Lloyd tries to give back to society as much as he can through philanthropy delivering his message through a programme called Yutes Rise, where he inspires the students through a reggae/motivational workshop and live performances. Peter Lloyd has already been featured on ReggaevilleCNN’s Roots: Our Journeys Home, and the Jamaica Observer. Producing a refreshing sound and paying homage to this John Lennon original,Peter Lloyd teamed up with legendary Jamaican producer and saxophonist, Dean Fraserwho has worked with the likes of Dennis BrownSly and Robbie, and Joe Gibbs. Having been on the international circuit for some time, Peter Lloyd has performed in over 20 countries.
To accompany this cover of John Lennon’s classic, Peter Lloyd will have a music video due to be premiered in November.
