09/30/2016 07:14 am ET - Huffingtonpost Excerpt Donald Trump  ramped up his feud with former Miss Universe Alicia Machado on Friday, calling her “disgusting” and accusing her of having a sex tape. Alicia Machado Democratic candidate  Hillary Clinton  referenced Machado in Monday night’s presidential debate. Machado, who is from Venezuela, said that  Trump bullied her after she gained weight , calling her “Miss Piggy” and an “eating machine.” She  then appeared  in an ad for Clinton, revealing more details about the GOP nominee’s fat-shaming. Trump lashed out at Machado after the ad went viral,  telling “Fox and Friends” on Tuesday that she was  “the worst [Miss Universe] we ever had. She was impossible.” He  doubled down on Wednesday , claiming that he was actually helping  Machado by bullying her because Miss Universe officials wanted to fire her for gaining weight. Trump campaign manager  Kellyanne Conway  continued to push that narrative on Thursday. But then Friday ro

A spokesman of the Baltimore Police Department told reporters at a news conference that the shooting appeared to be in response to a fatal shooting on Labor Day that left one person dead and others injured.  Police said the attack was “planned” and involved three shooters, two with handguns and one with a long gun that seemed to be a shotgun. Police said all the eight victims were expected to recover from their injuries. Further details were not immediately available on the shooting or identities of the shooters. BY SIMONE MORGAN-LINDO Observer staff reporter morgans@jamaicaobserver.com  Sunday, September 25, 2016  In sharp contrast to the accepted principle of Islam being a religion that preaches peace, the sons of late ska pioneer Prince Buster marred his funeral yesterday when they engaged in a verbal brawl that almost became physical outside the Islamic Council of Jamaica on Camp Road in St Andrew. The uproar occurred just after Sheikh Musa Tijani concluded the brief Muslim funeral rites. (Photos: Garfield Robinson) At the centre of the fracas, which saw the siblings hurling insults at each other, was the final resting place of their late father. The ska legend had apparently asked to be buried at May Pen Cemetery in his West Kingston community. During the verbal clash, the entertainer’s son, Saladin Ali, was heard saying that his fathe

A video released to NBC News shows the moment when police in Charlotte, North Carolina, shot Keith Scott. In the video, which lasts two minutes and 12 seconds, Scott’s wife pleads with an officer not to fire his weapon. At the same time, the officer is pointing a gun in Scott’s direction, screaming at him to “drop the gun.” “Don’t shoot him, he has no weapon,” Rakeyia Scott says several times. She tells the officers that her husband has a TBI, or a traumatic brain injury, and then assures them, “He’s not gonna do anything, he just took his medicine.” She then yells toward Scott, “Keith, don’t you do it!” It’s unclear whether she is telling him not to get out of the vehicle he’s in. Police fire their weapons, and Scott can be seen lying on the ground. “Did you shoot him?” Rakeyia Scott asks officers. “He better live. He didn’t do nothing to them.” Keith Scott was waiting in his truck for his young son to come home from school, his lawyer told NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez, but
