By Nick Visser 11/16/17 A sixth woman has accused Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of sexual harassment, and two other women have come forward with allegations of misconduct by the judge while they were young women   working at an Alabama mall . Tina Johnson told the news outlet  AL.com   she was groped by Moore  during a meeting at his law office in 1991,   when she was 28 years old. She said she went to see Moore to sign over custody of her then 12-year-old son to her mother, who was also in the meeting, and that as soon as she walked into his office, Moore began flirting with her. “He kept commenting on my looks, telling me how pretty I was, how nice I looked,” she said in her account. “He was saying that my eyes were beautiful.” She described the event as uncomfortable before noting that at one point during the meeting Moore moved around his desk, sat inches from her and asked questions about her young daughters. IN JAMAICA: Accused killer of Manchester cop, Corporal Melvin Smith charged with murder

Thursday, November 16, 2017 MANDEVILLE, Manchester — The Manchester police have formally charged a 22- year-old man for the murder of Corporal Melvin Smith in this south central town on the night of October 27. Corporal Melvin Smith Supt Wayne Cameron, head of the Manchester police, named the accused as Kemar Bennett, otherwise called 'Sparta' of Settlement in Williamsfield, Manchester. Cameron said Bennett was pointed out in an identification parade last Friday and was formally charged Tuesday night. In addition to murder, Bennett has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm, wounding with intent and robbery with aggravation. Two additional charges of robbery (unrelated to the murder) have also been laid against Bennett, including one just 25 minutes before Corporal Smith was killed. The same establishment, a gaming lounge on Ward Avenue, was targeted in both cases, Cameron said. more

JAMAICA'S NINJAMAN SUFFERED A HEART ATTACK...MORE TESTS TO BE CONDUCTED

 11/7/17- GLEANER  Ninjaman Dancehall entertainer Ninjaman appears to have suffered a mild heart attack on Friday, when he reported feeling ill during his murder trial.  Doctors reportedly conducted an echocardiogram (ECG) yesterday and are carrying out more tests.The doctors are expected to submit a report by today. Ninjaman has reportedly given instructions to his attorneys for his murder trial to continue while he's in hospital.Ninjaman, whose real name is Desmond Ballentyne, was taken back into police custody on October 17 as his murder trial started in the Gun Court. Ninjaman In 2009, he was arrested and charged along with his son, Janeil, and another man, Dennis Clayton, for the fatal shooting of Ricardo Johnson that same year. They were also charged with shooting with intent. The case, first mentioned in court in 2009, has had 17 missed trial dates and 23 mention dates in eight years.

Devin Patrick Kelley, 26 y-o Sunday, Nov 5, 2017 Devin Patrick Kelley has been identified as the gunman who killed at least  24 people at a church in Texas , a U.S. official tells The Daily Beast. A week before he committed the worst massacre at a place of worship in American history, Kelley posted a photo of an assault rifle to Facebook with the caption: “She's a bad bitch.”  Kelley, 26, was a  resident of New Braunfels, a suburb of San Antonio, according to public records. Kelley was married and his mother-in-law listed a P.O. box in Sutherland Springs as a mailing address. San Antonio police  reportedly  raided  Kelley's home on Sunday evening. A LinkedIn account appearing to belong to Kelley describes him as serving in the U.S. Air Force from his 2009 high-school graduation until 2013, after which he briefly taught at a summer Bible school.  more
